Public Defender Mediation Referrals are asked to be available on Saturday's for Conflict Resolution Classes.
Oklahoma and Tulsa County Referrals, please use login and password assigned to you.
Accountability & Awareness
6 week program addressing other type of juvenile behaviors such as drug-related, aggressiveness, destructive behaviors (vandalism), arson, and other crimes committed by youths.
Friday, 6-8pm
Anti-Theft Classes
5 week (25 hours) program addressing the social ills of stealing. Addresses shoplifting, embezzlement, credit card fraud, check fraud, identity theft, and other types of theft.
Saturday, 10am-3pm
Burglary I & II Classes
12 weeks of victim impact classes relating to the client's specific offense.
Tuesday, 6-8pm
Robbery by Force/Fear
12 weeks of victim impact classes relating to the semantics behind Person Crimes. Self-exploratory using psychodynamics.
Sunday, 1-5pm
Steals on Wheels
12 week program addressing the impact of joyriding and auto theft on the victims.
Wednesday, 6-8pm
Stolen Moments
A program offered free to the public at large. It is not free to those who offend by shoplifting. We offer 4, 6, and 8 hour courses based on age and level of offense.
Stop Thief
A supplemental program addressing the concerns from self, family, community, and the law perspective.
ADULT SHOPLIFTING OFFENDERS: Classes for adult referred shoplifting offenders are extremely comprehensive. The program consists of rehabilitation through behavior modification and accountability sessions. The program contains 15 modules which must be completed over a period totalling 40 hours. All assignments must be due by the next class. Failure to comply will result in referral back to the referral source and reported to the court. COST: $350.00
